Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
- Regional Areas: May require additional delivery time
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–25 business days depending on destination country and customs processing
Please note that some products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers and may arrive separately if multiple items are ordered.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
From time to time, Vode Cafe may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.
4. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.
5. Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or estimated delivery date.

- Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
8. Customs & Import Duties
